Before you trade
Is my online estimate guaranteed?
Your first estimate is based on what you tell us. We confirm the final amount after testing the console and checking its condition and accessories.
What if the final offer changes?
We’ll explain why and ask you to approve the revised amount. If you decline, the return process and any applicable charges will be shown clearly before you send the device.
How quickly will I be paid?
Once inspection is complete and you accept the confirmed offer, we’ll show the expected payment timeframe before you finish the trade.
Can I sell a faulty console?
Yes, selected faults can still receive an offer. Choose “Faulty” in the quote and describe the issue accurately so we can estimate it properly.
